2020 GRANTS AWARDED

Friends of South was honored to be able to grant over $11,875 in funds this academic year to 5 different groups at South.

Congratulations to all of our 2020 FOS Grant award winners!

​

Awarded in the Arts - $5,772:

• $722 in funds to the South Eugene library to support the Oregon Battle of the Books event

• $5000 in funds to the South Eugene Band Program for equipment for the Marching Band and Pep Band

​

Awarded for Student Needs - $407:

• $407 in funds to the Social Justice League for hygiene kits

​

Awarded to Academics - $1,605:

• $1,605 in funds to the South administration for textbooks to be used in Ethnic Studies classes

​

Awarded to the Athletics - $4,000:

• $4,000 in funds to the South Athletic Department for the maintenance of the cardio room.
